This weekend was a pretty full one. I realize I didn't spend much time at home, and then when I got home tonight, my mom was asking if I'd missed her. That's her way of telling me I was out on 'the street' for too long. Oy.
So, in addition to this past weekend being spent not at home, this Friday after my birthday party, I'll be staying in the city for the entire weekend. Saturday Raph's taking me to see Phantom of the Opera, then to Olive Garden, which I love and make him take me to every time we see a Broadway show. We're spending Sunday together too, and his band has a show on Sunday night. Driving me home after a show is such a pain, I'm going to end up staying at his place while he takes the couch.
Thanksgiving weekend, I'm spending with Raph's family upstate. This is actually kind of upsetting, because Thanksgiving is my favorite holiday and I love to spend it with my family...it'll be the first EVER without my family. A bit sad, really.
I haven't told my mom about this birthday weekend yet. Think she'll get upset? I think I'm going to have to do a hell of a lot of making this up to her, especially because I am apartment hunting in earnest now, and will be moving in January if all goes well. OY, again.
In Harry news, watched Chamber of Secrets on HBO on Demand with Sari yesterday. She thought it was too long. I agreed. Have watched PoA trailer repeatedly, and June cannot come fast enough. Which reminds me,
lissinthecity, WHOOPPEE for your Harry birthday party in NYC. LOL.
Have been reading Backstreet Mom, which Jessica bought for me the other day, as an early birthday gift. Am now listening to Old School BSB, the "red album" as I like to call it. :) It makes me just as happy as it always did, listening to the Boys. Anyone else agree? PIPE UP, would love to speak to other Backstreet fans!!
