august 22 = doomsday?

I sure hope not. I didn't want my first post after a long hiatus to be about this, but I can't help it. Is anyone else feeling anxious about this?

I know there is nothing I can do about it if terrorists decide to end the world to usher in their own "reward," but damn, some days it feels hazardous just to get out of bed.

Lumos! Part I

Let's lighten things up, shall we?

kingraph and I flew out to Vegas on July 26, to kick off my first trip to Sin City, and to attend Lumos. We had a great time, and although I was way too shy to meet any of you who attended (heidi8 and hiddenhibiscus, I saw you both but didn't say hi because I was too shy!!!), I am so glad we went.
