john mayer, room project delayed and i am my sister's keeper

John Mayer show was pretty cool last night, although NJ SUCKS when it comes to driving and trying to find exits and such. There are never any signs until you're about to PASS the exit, and then much swearing and steering wheel abuse ensues. Also, when mommy tells you to go to the bathroom before you leave the house, she is not kidding.

I was supposed to be cleaning up my room today. It is, of course, a bigger mess than I began. My room wasn't necessarily messy, I just have a lot of stuff that I need to sort through and throw/give away/recycle or find someplace to keep. About the only good thing that happened in my room was that I found LIAB, and can now begin to both punch holes through the paper/stick it in a binder and choose a scene for lissinthecity's Challenge.

Part of the reason my room project has been delayed is that queenofserpents had all four of her wisdom teeth removed this morning and I have been hanging out with her all day being her Nursemaid. I love my sister to pieces and was worried and now that she is home and fine, I just want to make sure she is comfortable and happily doped up on Percoset. :)

*runs off to make queenofserpents mashed potatoes for dinner, as she's on a near-liquid diet for 24 hours*
