Happy Halloween to all. I'm off to bake Halloween cupcakes at Sari's, then wait for Sharon to get there with jello shots and Raph to get there with Amaretto Iced Tea. YUM.

I'll be needing a pick-me-up after today's gym session. Shin splints? Yah.
