essay (help!)
Apr. 29th, 2003 04:29 pmI am writing an essay on Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban. By "writing" I mean, thinking about wanting to write an essay. It was a completely random thought one (early) morning on the train last week, as I reread PoA and realized how much I love Harry in that book. I am working on it and shall have it posted within 10 days, as Lindsay has requested that it be finished by the time she leaves for Boston.
Essay topics to be discussed include: Harry's maturity in PoA, and how he is growing into his "hero" role; Harry's feelings about his parents, and how his parents influence him even after their deaths; and the reasons Harry internalizes *everything* and puts up a brave front, when inside, you know he is experiencing major issues.
Now that you know some of the topics to be discussed, please help me out a bit. Comment me on what you think! Credit will be given where it is due, so don't hesitate.

supershai beta'd it. It's a daunting task right now. But, have had brainstorm for D/G smutlet...we shall see when/if that gets written.
